I am a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems at Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. My committee chairs are Dr. Eric Zheng and Dr. Varghese S. Jacob.
I have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). I worked as a data scientist and quant analyst at a hedge fund before joining the Ph.D. program.
I am interested in the design and economics of blockchain applications.
Methodologically, I apply (1) econometrics, (2) machine learning, (3) game theory and (4) experiments.
My thesis title is Decentralization, Delegation and Governance in Blockchain Platforms.
I am on the job market for 2020-2021.
